George K. White, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. White is a former Hospital Administrator serving as Chief Administrative Officer of private and not-for-profit facilities, including a seven-year tenure at St. Albans Psychiatric Hospital, a 162 bed psychiatric and chemical dependency facility in Radford, Virginia. He has received state and national recognition for his expertise in planning psychiatric and substance abuse treatment facilities.
Mr. White received his Masters from the College of Graduate Studies of West Virginia University and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Marshall University. He is also a former director of The Mental Health and Mental Retardation Society of Virginia; Virginia and West Virginia Hospital Associations and the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Health Task Force on Psychiatric Planning. |

Christopher M. Carney, Executive VP and CAO
Mr. Carney has more than thirty-five years experience in the healthcare industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and outstanding leadership experience in medical-surgical, psychiatric and chemical dependency healthcare administration. Prior to joining Diamond Healthcare, Mr. Carney was Vice President and partner with Witt/Kieffer of Oak Brook, Illinois. From 1996-2005, he served as President/Chief Executive Officer of Bon Secours Health System. Mr. Carney also worked as the administrator of Charter Westbrook Hospital and led the business development program of Charter Medical Corporation.
Mr. Carney holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration and undergraduate degrees in business administration and psychology from St. Louis University. |

Richard V. Woodard, Executive VP Mr. Woodard has more than thirty-five years of healthcare management experience. He has served as CEO of three psychiatric hospitals as well as group administrator for Virginia Charter Medical Corporation. He also was CEO of Charter Westbrook Hospital, a 198-bed psychiatric hospital in Richmond, Virginia for six years. Mr. Woodard’s expertise is in the development and management of psychiatric and substance abuse programs and professional practices in Behavioral Health.
Mr. Woodard received his Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and Bachelors in Economics from Guilford College. He has held offices in The National Association of Private Psychiatric Hospitals and the Hospital Associations of Virginia and North Carolina. Mr. Woodard served as chairman of The Public Relations Committee for the NAPPH, chairman of the VHA Mental Health Council and served on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Hospital Association. |

Jack O. Behnke, Executive VP Mr. Behnke is an experienced senior manager with a background in the healthcare industry emphasizing international and domestic strategic planning, marketing/sales management, private and public capital funding, manufacturing and operations administration.
In 1993 Mr. Behnke founded Heritage Health Services, LLC providing geriatric psychiatric outpatient behavioral health management services. Mr. Behnke specializes in planning Behavioral Health services for critical access facilities and other healthcare organizations. |

William A. Carpenter, Senior VP and CFO Mr. Carpenter has more than twenty years of healthcare financial management experience in both investor owned and not-for-profit healthcare systems, including thirteen years with Sentara Obici Health System as Senior Vice President-Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Carpenter is a Certified Public Accountant, received his Masters in Business Administration in Accounting from Tulane Graduate School of Business, and holds a Bachelors degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt University. |

Sharon M. Dajon, Senior VP and Corporate Compliance Officer Ms. Dajon brings to Diamond more than twenty-five years of experience in healthcare financial management in both hospital and physician sectors. Her position with Diamond Healthcare consists of providing education and training to Diamond's hospitals requiring compliance, financial and operational support.
Ms. Dajon holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University. She is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) with the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and is a Certified Clinic Account Manager (CCAM) with the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM). |

David B. Smithwick, Senior VP Mr. Smithwick has more than twenty years in healthcare settings including serving as Vice President of Professional Relations and Research for Charter Behavioral Health Systems in Atlanta, GA and Chief Operating Officer for Chesapeake Research Review, Inc. in Columbia, MD. He also worked in human resources leadership positions domestically and internationally with Chevron Corporation in New York, NY and Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Smithwick received his Masters in Human Resource Management from Long Island University and Bachelors from Lynchburg College. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), is a certified Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR), and has co-authored articles on company start-ups and organizational development in the Journal of Organizational Excellence. |

Robert N. Cuyler, Ph.D., Senior VP Dr. Cuyler brings twenty-five years experience in healthcare practice, management, consulting, and entrepreneurship. He has successfully established psychiatric telemedicine programs in more than 20 rural hospitals and physician offices over the past six years.
Dr. Cuyler received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Louisiana State University and Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the Menninger Foundation. Dr. Cuyler served as president of the Association for Ambulatory Behavioral Healthcare and previously was a member of the National Institute of Mental Health’s National Mental Health Leadership Council. He previously served on the Board of the Mental Health Association of Houston and Harris County. |

John P. McNaught, Jr., Senior VP
Mr. McNaught has more than thirty-five years experience in healthcare administration with a concentration in behavioral health. He has served in the capacity of administrator, associate administrator, executive director and chief operating officer in hospital settings. In addition to administrative positions, Mr. McNaught has also served as a consultant to a multidisciplinary behavioral medicine private group practice.
Mr. McNaught holds a Masters degree in Rehabilitative Counseling from Seton Hall University and a Bachelors in Sociology from Tusculum College. He is Board Certified in Healthcare Administration, a Certified Mental Health Administrator and author of several articles regarding subcontracting and psychiatric rehabilitation. |

Richard L. Shrum, Senior VP Mr. Shrum has more than twenty-five years experience in psychiatric and medical/surgical healthcare management. He has previously worked with National Healthcare, Inc. as a group director and with Charter Medical Corporation. His position with Diamond Healthcare involves him in the supervision of unit operations for Diamond field offices.
Mr. Shrum holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Healthcare Administration both from Xavier University and a Bachelor in Business Management from St. Francis College. |

Paul S. Altovilla, Senior VP Mr. Altovilla has more than fifteen years experience in healthcare finance and operations. He provides analytical, budget and reimbursement support to contract hospital programs and financial analysis to internal administration, contract administrations and hospital Boards.
Mr. Altovilla received his Masters in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and Bachelors in Accounting from Fairmont State College. He is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) with Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). |

Terry J. Rauschuber, Senior VP Ms. Rauschuber has more than twenty-five years experience in the healthcare field and specializes in the development and operations of Geropsychiatric inpatient programs and outpatient services.
She has developed and assisted with the start-up of a private practice which specializes in geriatric services and also worked as a military psychiatric reviewer for TRICARE insurance.
Ms. Rauschuber received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has taught graduate level advanced clinical skills at the University of Texas School of Social Work. Ms. Rauschuber is active in the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), has served on the Texas state board, and chaired the State Committee on Aging. She is a national speaker on PHP, presents workshops on aging issues, and as a Program Director, was honored with an award for contract retention and excellent hospital relations. |
