Diamond’s five-year plan forecasts significant growth across all divisions and services of the company. To address this growth, Diamond is pleased to announce promotions and appointments that are essential to position the company for the growth ahead.

Bill Carpenter has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Administrative Services in addition to the position of Chief Financial Officer. In his new role Bill will have company responsibility for Finance, Diamond Consulting Corporation, Compliance and Clinical Services, and Human Resources. Bill has been with Diamond since 2006 and brings strong management talent and leadership to the company. 

Rick Shrum has been appointed to the position of Executive Vice President, Operations. In his new role Rick will have overall responsibility for all project operations of the company. Rick joined
Diamond in 1991 and has experienced exceptional growth in his professional career at Diamond.

Dick Woodard has been appointed to the newly created position of Executive Vice President for Strategic Operations. In this new position Dick will manage and oversee Pavilions and other large projects for the company. Dick will also assist in the selection and growth of management talent required for Diamond’s five-year plan.
