                                                      Stephen J. Enright Joins Diamond

1/16/2012 (Richmond, Virginia) – Diamond Healthcare Corporation announced today that Stephen J. Enright, MBA, SPHR has accepted a position with Diamond as Corporate Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at the Richmond Corporate Office. Enright will be responsible for the Human Resources Department and play a vital role in the leadership at Diamond.

Enright is an experienced human resources executive with a solid reputation as a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities. At his role with Steward Health Care in Massachusetts, Enright was responsible for all Human Resources Hospital Operations, including 8 hospitals and 4 other entities, Labor and Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Acquisitions and Interpreter Services.

Enright is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business, with an MBA from the University of Baltimore, and recently earned the Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Cornell ILR school. He holds an SPHR certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and is an Eagle Scout.
