Thanks to the continued efforts of Diamond people everywhere, the company is experiencing extraordinary growth.  The emergence of Diamond as a truly national company requires us to organize the company to meet today and tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities.  The new organization plan now in effect will mean that all operations of the company be consolidated into four operating divisions.  As a result, Richard V. Woodard has been appointed Executive Vice President and will be responsible for overseeing the four operating divisions of Diamond. 

Dick will be supported by four Senior Vice Presidents that include the following:

• Rick Shrum Senior Executive of the Atlantic Division
• Sharon Dajon Senior Executive of the Mid-West Division
• John McNaught Senior Executive of the Southern Division
• Terry Rauschuber Senior Executive of the Western Division

You will note that Terry Rauschuber was recently appointed by the Board of Directors to the position of Senior Vice President.  

Jack Behnke will serve the company in a newly created position of Executive Vice President for strategic growth.  In his new role Jack will join me in assisting in the growth of the company through new acquisitions, product development and diversification.
